Help!

How to sign up to the free Test Your Digital Literacy course (and any other course)

Not sure what to do once the course is in your cart?

1. When you are logged in, under the MY SETTINGS menu option there is an option called MY CART. If the course is in your cart this is where you will find it.
2. Complete the checkout process by pressing the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page.
3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the CHECKOUT page and press Place Order.
4. A message will appear at the top of the CHECKOUT page to say your order has been received.
5. Go to the MY SETTINGS menu option, and choose MY COURSES. This is where you will find all courses you purchase.

Where do I find the courses I have signed up for?

1. When you are logged in, under the MY SETTINGS menu option choose MY COURSES.
2. This is where you will find all the courses you have signed up for.

 

I want to change my password

1. Easy peasy.  You can reset your password here.

 

I want to change my email address

1. Let Sally know and she will change this for you.

 

How to sign up

1. You only need to sign up once. If you have already signed up, see How to Login below.
2. Press the LOGIN/SIGN UP menu option from the top navigation menu.
3. Under the heading Sign Up, type your details into each form field.
4. Press Sign Up at the bottom of the form. The top navigation menu will now say MY SETTINGS instead of LOGIN/SIGN UP.

 

How to login

1. Make sure you have signed up (see How to Sign Up above).
2. Press the LOGIN/SIGN UP menu menu option from the top navigation menu.
3. Under the heading Login, type your username (or email address) and password.
4. Press Login at the bottom of the form. The top navigation menu will now say MY SETTINGS instead of LOGIN/SIGN UP.

 

How to log out

1. Press the MY SETTINGS menu option from the top navigation menu.
2. Press LOG OUT from the drop down menu.
3. The top navigation menu will now say LOGIN/SIGN UP instead of MY SETTINGS.

 

General

• Library Intelligence works on all modern browsers and devices, including Internet Explorer 8.
• You must be logged in (see How to Login below) to purchase or access a course, even if it is a free course.
• Only one copy of a course can be purchased online. If you wish to purchase duplicate courses for multiple learners, please email me.
• Subscriptions cannot be processed through the online checkout. Please email me with your details.
